1970 : 宮城県本吉郡唐桑町（現：気仙沼市唐桑町）生まれ
1990 : 東京デザイナー学院インテリア科卒業
1991 : グラフィックデザインの会社に入社。
1993 : CD-ROMマガジン「POD」の立ち上げおよび制作に参加。
1996 : 独立しタケダ氏とデザインユニット「hellmets」を立ち上げる。
1998 : 個人として「mograph」を立ち上げる。
2008 : 現在に至る。
広告、雑誌、CD、ポスター、服飾のグラフィック、WEB、DVDなど
グラフィック全般のアートディレクション、デザイン、
イラストレーション、写真。

1991 : Found employment in the graphic design company.
1993 : Participated in the production of the CD-ROM Magazine “POD”.
1996 : Became independent, and started up design unit "hellmets" with Takeda.
